Thought of the Week

Each January, I usually look forward to reflecting on the past year and thinking about the year ahead. This year, though, I found the idea a bit daunting. I turned to a few newsletters I subscribe to, hoping for some guidance, but their reflections felt overwhelming (a 20-page workbook?!). I was tempted to ditch it all together, but knew that didn't feel right.  So I asked ChatGPT to create succinct yet meaningful questions. It took just 20 minutes—and honestly, it was FUN. I encourage you to do the same.
